Terms of service
How projects work, what each side is responsible for, and what happens when the work is done.
Last updated 20 September 2026About these terms
These terms cover the design and development work BerdisDev does for clients. They apply from the moment you accept a quote.
BerdisDev is a web design and development studio based in Marrakech, Morocco. These terms, and any project run under them, are governed by the law of Morocco.
Quotes and prices
Every project gets a fixed price in US dollars, agreed before work starts. A quote covers exactly what is written in it. Anything added later is quoted separately.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
What is included
Each package lists what it includes: the number of pages, the setup, the revision rounds and the support after launch. The pricing page is part of these terms.
What we need from you
Projects run to schedule when we have your content. That means your logo and brand colors, the text for each page, your photos, and examples of sites you like.
If you do not have text, photos or a logo, we can provide them as paid add-ons.
Delivery times start from the day we receive everything we need.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Further changes are quoted before we start them.
Payment
Every project is paid in two halves: 50% when you accept the quote and sign the agreement, and 50% when the finished website is delivered.
Work starts once the first payment has been received.
Ownership
When the project is paid in full, the website is yours: the design, the pages and the content we produced for it.
Your domain is registered in your name. Software we use, such as WordPress and its plugins, stays under its own licence.
We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Support after launch
Support included with your package starts on launch day. After it ends, monthly care plans cover updates, backups, security checks and edits.
Things outside our control
We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party services such as hosting outages, payment providers or plugins, or by changes made to the site by someone else after handover.
Ending a project
Either side can stop a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is charged, and anything paid for work not yet done is returned.
