Privacy policy

BerdisDev is a web design and development studio based in Marrakech, working with businesses worldwide. This page explains what we do with the information you send us through this website.

For anything about your details, write to us through the contact page.

When you fill in the quote form, we collect the details you type: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, the type of project you pick, and whatever you write in the message.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, which are used to keep the site running and secure.

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you give one
• What kind of project you need
• Anything you write in the message

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to you with feedback and a quote, and to carry out the work if you decide to go ahead. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

This site uses a cookie banner so you can accept or refuse cookies that are not essential. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your choice.

If analytics are switched on later, they only run after you accept them.

Your enquiry is delivered by our email provider and stored in our inbox. Our website host stores the site and its logs. We do not share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiries while we are in touch, and for as long as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within 30 days.

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and change the date at the top.
